There must be something that has good anti-viral properties that might help...
I only get them occassionally - possibly when I get tired.

I have this problem quite frequently in the past. The cold sore is caused by
the herles virus. For me I think, extreme stess kick start this virus.
I took L-Lysine the last time when I got it and that was more than a year
ago. These days I drank a lot more good quality water too.
